It's out of stock, but comes back in stock when someone cancels their pre-order. However, it's first come first serve, so basically the first person to get to a certain page in the checkout gets it, the rest get kicked back to a page telling them its now out of stock. You have to catch it right when it comes back and be fast at checking out.
