• It's out of stock, but comes back in stock when someone cancels their pre-order. However, it's first come first serve, so basically the first person to get to a certain page in the checkout gets it, the rest get kicked back to a page telling them its now out of stock. You have to catch it right when it comes back and be fast at checking out.

• Because its not out yet. You can only pre order it. This one is out on september 7th and only limited number of consoles so hurry up and stop by closest best buy to and put a deposit on one. Hopefully they still can order it for you. Good luck
