“Is the only way to get this item now is through the retail stores, cause a rep. told me all pre-orders are sold out, I am not following on how there can be items in the store for sell when all the pre-orders are sold out, can someone answer this for me?”

You honestly just have to keep checking to see if it goes back in stock due to someone canceling their order.. That's how I just got my pre-order, but I won't lie it took me a long time to find it. Not only that you have to beat everyone else and be the first to checkout. I recommend using the best buy app in order to use the fast checkout.

I was lucky enough to get a pre-order about an hour ago through online. I'm guessing your best bet is to wait for someone to cancel their pre-order and be ready to put your info in and buy the system when the site updates itself. I sat on the page and refreshed it until it allowed me to add it to my cart, that didn't work at first because someone was doing the same thing i did and beat me to it but i waited another hour doing the same thing and i got my order to go through.
