Will this reopen up for pre order? null

I believe Best Buy allows you to preorder by waves. By that I mean they have a set time or amount of consoles they can sell before they have to replenish their stock. So I would suggest to keep checking the website to see if another wave is going on. I would also suggest to try to preorder it in the store.
