I had to keep picking different stores to pick it up in and it ended up 2hrs away. Even though THAT store didn’t have it and Best Buy had it in a ware house but refused to ship it closer even though they had to ship it anyways. The 1-800 # is an out sourced joke and they will flat out lie to you
