“Why would you list an item for preorder BEFORE the posted date from the manufacturer? I had the PS5 in my cart and literally could not complete the purchase. Eventually the website cleared my cart after trying for a few hours. What a waste of time.”

That's a great question and one I would like to know as well! I also had it in my cart, made it to the payment screen, entered payment info, then NADA! I did it over and over for 6 hours. What a total FUSTER CLUCK! Not sure who's to blame, Sony or retailers... Regardless, there are gonna be a LOT if unhappy people after this one!
