A:AnswerNo I would not recommend unplugging and plugging it back in. Iv had more than 2 ps4s get wacked up and completely die doing this. It had the possibility of messing stuff up. I would simply turn it off and leave it be.
A:AnswerBest Buy doesn't notify anyone when the console is in stock but there's a YouTube stream called 24/7 Ps5 restock that sounds a bell when they restock. They usually restock Thursday or Friday but have been known to restock on any weekday.
A:AnswerBest thing u can do is have Notifications on for this item and also to text you when it gets back in stock and download an app that tell you where the PlayStation 5 is restocked from any store and have notifications on as well for that !! It’s all about luck and quickness hope you get it !

Most scalpers try to buy up as many consoles as possible, but if they are pickup only then the scalpers cannot do this because they can’t drive to all the different locations. Also it is safer and more secure to pick it up in store than to have it shipped.
