A:Answer Sorry, it was a major Sony/ retailer blunder to go outside of the promise that they were not going to spring the preorders on consumers without a proper knowledge of time that we could reframe from the chaos. So, with that being said, everyone is flooding the servers of all major retailers trying to get it as well and that's around the world. Sorry, didn't get one either thanks to this joke of a pre order.
