• It works without any problem in Turkey. I bought it and am using it. You just need a converter.

• There should be no problem with just the base system as the ps5 is dual voltage. If it's a game , then it may be region locked. That is something you'll have to address at the time of purchase (if you are getting any games ). It may be better to get a gift card to buy a game as it will be easier to not deal with games that may/may not be region locked. The Ps5 console is NOT region locked.
