Usually the best time is Tuesday through Thursday between 11 AM and 3 PM central time. Keep clicking refresh until the sold out button turns yellow. Be logged in to your Best Buy account and be persistent. If you add it to your cart and have trouble checking out, try for at least 30 minutes. Best Buy releases stock in waves to keep the entire allocation from selling out in less than a minute.
