Your digital games are linked to your PlayStation ID account not the actual hardware console. so once you set up your new PlayStation 5 you will go to the PlayStation store and there is a section where you can download your old games. That may also be a point in the initial setup where you can direct link transfer your games from your old system to your new, although Sony has not confirmed this.
