“How come I had a ps5 in my cart then wasn’t able to checkout and then all of a sudden it wasn’t in my cart anymore and now I can’t pre order it. It says coming soon”

Same thing happen to me too. Best Buy seem to give out bad info when it came to preorders. I thought it wasn't suppose to start the preorders until 12am.

I also had one in My cart . was Checking out to the Confirm Order and it was removed . Needless to say I can't preorder one Now it says coming soon. I even called Bestbuy @ 1(888)237-8289 and every store I could find a # for / Grandchild wanted this for Her B-Day which happens to be Christmas Day .

not true it happend to me no longer available but they were taking store pickup only and i was able to secure one
