If you mean the second SSD slot then that's inside the PS and must be installed by a person. That being said , it's very easy to do and there are a lot of help videos and whatnot in order to teach installation and answer questions about another drive. I can attest to it being simple BUT the most difficult part of the entire installation is removing the Ps5 cover in order to get to the insides.
