• Yes, and no. You get everything except a plug for the USB cord. So you can't really play it "right out of the box". I used an old Samsung phone charger and that seems to work just fine.

• Product comes with Micro USB and HDMI cables, controllers are USB wired. Only additional required item is a AC power brick (one from a smartphone will do).

• I believe so, it comes with 2 controllers, HDMI cable and micro USB. Although I do not think it comes with the charger for the micro USB that powers the system, I thought this was a bit strange but I have so many it was not a big deal.
