It can play Playstation Classic games, PSP games, and certain PS Vita games from the PS Store (which you can access through PS TV). It also has a card reader for physical PS Vita cartridges you can play. However, you can stream a PS4 to it, although the quality of the stream is dependent on the quality of your internet service. Be aware that it doesn't play Netflix either.
