You will need to Pre-Order the Core Edition which is available on the 29th of March (7am Pacific Time) which only includes the PlayStation VR. Hope this helps

Not yet. Probably not for pre-order. Possibly 6 months after release. Other retailers are selling the exact same bundle, so this is likely Sony's negotiation with retailers, even though they announced it would be one hundred dollars less
