No, only one PSVR is allowed per console at this time, as it is very expensive on resource usage.

I suspect you will not be able to hook up more than one PSVR headset to a PS4 console. We do not have any details from Sony regarding this, but given the nature of the device and how a single one is hooked up to a PS4 (through the processing unit) I would be surprised if you can have more than one connected to a console.

Only 1 per console but checkout the FREE PLAYROOM VR app with several VR party games with 2-5 player support. One person wears the headset and the others watch/play on the TV - totally awesome party experience!
