• You hold one controller in each hand, and the movements of the 2 Move Controllers are translated to left and right hands in games that support them.

• It's for both hands. Each controller functions as one hand/gun whatever you are playing. The controllers aren't necessary from what I've seen so far. But they are nice to have and will have more functions as new games come out. All vr headsets have controllers like this. Motion controls that is. Worth the price in the bundle for sure.

• Movement of Each hand as the PS camera only allows for measurement of the VR headset. To get the most accurate reading you will want to use the motion controlers
