• It comes with the headset and the camera needed to get started. You can buy the Move controllers separately to play games with, but most games can use a regular controller.

• The only 2 add ons you have to buy are move controllers and ps aim. This is useable right out the box.

• Yes it does, it includes everything you need except it does not include the Move Controllers which I would recommend getting with this bundle or getting a separate bundle that includes those controllers. Regular controllers work as well but not with every VR game, that and the controller is a little more difficult to use compared to the Move Controllers.
