You can redeem the code right away and it'll simply add onto the time you already have, which will make it 15 months in your case.

Theses are stackable so you can add these at anytime and it wont lose the time you already have

It will stack, so if you claim it when you buy it, your subscription will be good for 15 months (3 + 12).

You can wait as long as you like if you add it to your psn account now it adds the 12 months to your current 3 months so you’ll have 15 months until the next time you need to pay. I had one that I purchased in 2016 and didn’t redeem until 2020
