Only 1 pair of SA-RS3S rear speakers can be paired with the Sony HT-A7000, HT-A5000, HT-A3000 and HT-S2000 Soundbar models, and the STR-AN1000, STR-AZ1000ES, STR-AZ3000ES, STR-AZ5000ES, STR-AZ7000ES A/V receiver models at a time. This additional speakers enhances your home theater system so that if feels like you are entirely surrounded by incredible, immersive audio. Additional information: Sony's SA-RS3S & SA-RS5 wireless rear speakers and SA-SW3 & SA-SW5 wireless subwoofers (Sold rep.) are compatible with the STR-AN1000, STR-AZ1000ES, STR-AZ3000ES, STR-AZ5000ES, STR-AZ7000ES A/V receiver models. Two subwoofers of the same model may be connected simultaneously to these receivers. Regards, Jess
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know for sure but not likely. You would need a full receiver set up for whole house audio or a smart home set up. In my opinion these are mostly for mini theater set ups but I think you could get a 7.1 system for a lot of extra money and set up at least 4 wireless speakers how you wanted them. You just won’t have individual zone control. And there is the question about how good the wireless is with walls. Mine drops out occasionally and they are within sight.
