Q: QuestionI’ve had this for two years now. after being fully charged and used for not that long the volume turns way down and won’t let me adjust it. Is that sign I need to to replace it? Some kind of factory reset ?

• A:Answer It does not appear so. The SB12 has an "ADD" button that allows you to pair two SB12's together as a "L" and "R" speaker. But it doesn't have the WPC button for the wireless party chain feature.
