QuestionI have the beats pill+ and it's annoying to constantly have to cut the beats pill on and connect my phone after I powered it on. Does this speaker come on automatically once connected to bluetooth or would I have to manually turn it on then connect?

QuestionPaired with Bluetooth on phone no problem. Works great. Have an old iPod nano and laptop without Bluetooth. Tried plugging each into the xb22 with an audio cord, to the "audio in" on back of the speaker. No sound, why not? Do I need to toggle something?

- Answer I have a galaxy s10 plus, Turn on your speaker, Go to your phone settings and turn on your bluetooth youll see nearby devices that are available to connect with. Click the sony xb32 and the speaker will pair to your phone. Hope this helps!

- Answer Well I rinsed it off and it says it is, but if you value it, I wouldn't test it further than that. And NO high pressure washing as it might make it through. Just be safe. But you can WASH it.

QuestionThe battery run time is listed at 12 hours, I'm lucky if I get 1.5 days of run time with the volume so low its almost a whisper. Is this accurate? I have a $20.00 Insignia speaker and I can go for at least one week between charges. Charge every day? No!

- Answer Yes absolute you can connect this speaker to any bluetooth device. Like smart phones or laptops. but consider that this NO have a microphone. Regards

QuestionI purchased this to use with my outdoor tv..... is there some way to boost the range? At 25 feet it cuts in and out..... so disappointed as we were looking forward to watching football in the pool and using the portable speaker to boost the sound.

QuestionWe have had our speaker since 1/19/18. We have to leave it on the charger all the time to it charged. Know when we turn it on it will work for maybe 30 minutes. What is there life time? Is it time for a new one or is there something we need to it?

QuestionI like the speaker. But, when the battery gets low, it automatically limits the volume. I would think that plugging it in to charge would then make the speaker have its full volume available. It doesn’t. Volume isn’t back until fully charged. Why is this?

- Answer Exactly my thoughts, I am scavenging Google to find the solution for this Idiotic Useless feature, I own 2 Sony SRS-XB32 Speakers and I also own Sony WH-1000XM4 If my XM4's battery gets low it gives me a warning and still able to work for a few more hours without decreasing the volume, but if my XB32's battery gets low the volume gets decreased by half, that's really annoying they should give us 10-15 Minutes to charge the speaker instead of stopping our Fun, even if they can't give a few more hours like XM4 they must provide 15-20 Minutes I don't want longer battery life after the battery gets low, I want Full volume but short duration, and that's fine with me, SONY at least give us Users an option to disable this feature or else you might lose the Loyal customers
