Hi runforestrun, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, no. The SRS-XB43 does not have the capability to connect to the HT-ST5000 Soundbar through wifi in the Music Center. The ST5000 will transmit bluetooth to the XB43, however the ST5000 will not play audio at the same time. You can connect wifi enabled speakers like the Sony SRS ZR5 or ZR7 for whole home audio (not surround sound). You can also create a group in the Google Home app with other compatible Google Assistant speakers and have them all play the same music. The SRS-XB43 has the capability to either Stereo pair - 2 SRS-XB43, or Party connect (XB43/33/23 up to 100 devices) via bluetooth connection. Hope this helps, Carl
