When I want to listen to music I just say, “Alexa, connect to my speakers.” She connects and the receiver turns on which is great, but then the tv turns on, too. But I only want to listen to music and don’t want the tv on. Is there a way to keep the tv from turning on? When I a done listening through Alexa, I just say, “Alexa disconnect my speakers and it unpairs and turns off the receiver. Unfortunately it doesn’t turn off the tv, but it switches to over the air tv so I have to turn it off manually.

A:Answeryour components are rca or hdmi. on the speakers i stripped the ends of the wires and connected to the fasteners. the speakers i am using are a combo of floor standing and book shelf. sound is good.
