Q: QuestionCan this play lossless files using the USB ?MKV with dolby atmos if that's even possible , is it a 3.0 or 2.0 USB , does that really matter , will files load faster with 3.0 I would think ? how is the upscaling for dvds and 1080p bluray vs Panny 820 ?

Q: Questionhooking the audio to a preamp thru the coaxial connection and it played three hours and quit. Tried different cables, different inputs on pre-amp not, working, previous posts talk about setting the audio out on sony unit to coax? How?

• A:Answer need to repair the out put conection was burned it the result of overheating or lightning in the circuits make sure when you get a new one to ventilate maybe the location is t enclosed and not permiting the vent to cool the unit ...in any case it need repair o replace

Q: QuestionBought this player a little over a year ago and finally went to play a 1080p blu ray disc but it won't recognize any movie I put in. I did the firmware update and reset the player and tried multiple discs but it won't play anything. What else can I do?

• A:Answer There are 2 hdmi port In the back make sure connect to the correct one if you connect to the other one you might only here the sound. It also won't be a bad idea to change your hdmi cable as well. If don't work properly the reader went bad and costly to fix. I hope I could help

• A:Answer It is MultiRegion, even though I haven’t tested any other discs besides US-1. Not sure about sound codecs; but most certainly upscale the regular DVDs as well as Blu-ray Discs to 4K beautifully.
