A:Answerneed to repair the out put conection was burned it the result of overheating or lightning in the circuits make sure when you get a new one to ventilate maybe the location is t enclosed and not permiting the vent to cool the unit ...in any case it need repair o replace

A:AnswerThere are 2 hdmi port In the back make sure connect to the correct one if you connect to the other one you might only here the sound. It also won't be a bad idea to change your hdmi cable as well. If don't work properly the reader went bad and costly to fix. I hope I could help
A:AnswerIt is MultiRegion, even though I haven’t tested any other discs besides US-1. Not sure about sound codecs; but most certainly upscale the regular DVDs as well as Blu-ray Discs to 4K beautifully.

While it's nice to have onboard apps within the blu-ray player, it's usually redundant
as your TV already usually has the required apps built in.
