A:AnswerI CLICKED ON THE NETFLIX BUTTON AND THEN LOADED MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD, THEN IT BROUGHT IT UP ON THE SCREEN. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, SUGGEST YOU TAKE IT INTO BEST BUY AND LET THEM TRY IT FOR YA. THE MACHINE IS A GREAT MACHINE!!!
