• ABSOLUTELY!!! And this Sony model's 32-bit DAC (sound processor) provides an excellent, full-bodied sound. The on-screen display will show "DSD Multi 2.8MHz/1bit". and your receiver probably indicates "DSD" as the incoming audio signal. (The display may vary n the xxx/x-bit" display, but make sure that is says "multi", meaning surround.) Be sure that the Music Settings in the Sony's setup program is set for "Super Audio CD Playback Layer" and the "Super Audio CD". Also that "Super Audio CD Playback Channel" is" is set for "DSD Multi". Then you're ready to go!
