- Answer if you have iTunes software installed, you can transfer music and playlists from iTunes software to the Walkman® player by dragging and then dropping the files to the Content Transfer application (Included with the NWZE353)

- Answer the NWZE353Walkman 4GB MP3 Player with FM Radio uses USB-based charging only. Sony has the AC-U501AD USB Charging Adapter that will allow any USB cable to charge from AC

- Answer Yes, it has a sleep setting from 30-120 minutes, and a built-in alarm. The alarm may not be very useful on this model which doesn't have an external speaker.

- Answer to add, remote or edit lists you must connect your walkman to a computer, preferably with Windows Media player 11 . you cannot edit content without connection to a computer.

- Answer Hello Walker, The player’s battery is recharged while the player is connected to a running computer. When you connect the player to your computer, use the USB cable (supplied). When the remaining battery indication in the upper right corner of the display shows "full" charging is completed. (Charging time is approx. 3 hours.)

- Answer You cannot delete songs without connecting the player to a computer. When you delete songs from the player, use the software you used to transfer the songs, or Windows Explorer. Media player 11 update comes with the NWZ-E353

- Answer You can book mark a song with the NWZE353RED. If is not currently possible to bookmark a segment within a song as a return location. You would need to bookmark the entire song in order to return to playing that particular song.

QuestionDoes it resume where you left off - on all tracks?I use mp3 players to listen to podcasts, books, etc.... My current player will remember where I last left off on all the various tracks I've listened to. Does the Sony Walkman do that? Or just to the last track you listened to?

- Answer The NWZE353RED will retain the last played location. However, if the unit is reset there will be no last know location to retain.
