A:Answer Well, let me start off by saying that this MP3 player, fully charged, lasts a good long while. Typically, around 20 hours. I use mine 3-4 hours, daily, and recharge it once every week or two.
To answer your question tho, if you would like to keep items such as this charging from a cigarette lighter, you may wish to look into an AC charger which plugs directly into a cigarette lighter.
An AC charger from a cigarette lighter basically gives you 1 (or more) AC outlets, and some of them even include USB connections. They run you around $40-$80 I believe, depending on how much power you need from one, how many outlets, etc.
The nice thing about them, is that they act like a wall-plug, inside of your car. Anything you would plug into a wall, you can plug into this thing. Now, I'm talking about consumer electronics and such, little things which do not pull a ton of electricity.
One of these is pretty handy to have around tho. You can charge MP3 players, run laptops, charge cellphones, run DVD players/lil' TV's, etc.
