- Answer Not the best but not the worst. I use it for remote meetings and interviews. Sounds about similar to being on a normal smartphone. Only thing annoying is the adaptive sound control default options can interrupt the sound of someone speaking, so make sure to turn that off.

- Answer 1. Turn bluetooth on 2. Download the Sony Headphones Connect App 3. Wear the buds 4. They should connect automatically if not touch the touch sensitive points on buds while wearing them and hold for 10 secs and the voice assistant should say pairing mode.
