A:Answer First things first, if you have previously paired them with another device, you must go to that device and 'disconnect' them from the first device, other wise they will auto reconnect to that device and it will interfere with pairing to a second device.
Once that is done, place the earbuds in their charger, and close the lid. Turn on your new audio device's 'pairing mode'.
If the case has any charge left to it, the moment you open the lid and remove the earbuds, and place them in your ears, they should automatically go into pairing mode. And if your device is still ready, they should handshake and link.
If the auto pairing mode fails, you can touch each of your ponting fingers to the flat touch point on each earbud at the same time, and hold them there for about 10 seconds. (until you hear ear buds acknwoledge they are now in pairing mode).
Restart your devices pairing mode, and viola! Bob's your uncle! They should now pair.
