A:AnswerThey are okay for low to moderate workouts. Any high intensity workouts will make them uncomfortable and risk damage as they aren't water resistant. I did 30 minutes on treadmill and they bounce slightly, getting loose so that I could hear the treadmill and my foot steps. Had to readjust them and push back into my ear several times. Weightlifting was fine, couldnt hear the weights.
