QuestionHad mine for 2 months and were working great, a couple minor connectivity issues but nothing that re pairing didn't fix. That said the case hasn't taken a charge for last two days, I've tried 4 different chargers and it's stuck at 12%.

- Answer They generally are pretty good at muffling surrounding audio, that being said, mic quality is not very good (a common problem for most wireless earbuds). Mic is very quiet so motorcycle might be too loud.

QuestionDid you fix the connectivity issue that was associated with the Sony WF-1000XM4? I could never got them to connect with any of my devices. Finally gave them away and bought bose back in 2021.

- Answer I never had the xm4's, the xm5's I got never had an issue connecting they instantly pair and switch through my devices I have them connected to instantly aswell

- Answer When the earbuds are in press tap the left earbud and it should turn off, if not go to the Sony Headphone app and turn it off when they are connect to a phone through bluetooth, work with the headphones too.

- Answer I'm a dork so I tried this just for you. The answer is... I kept getting very phone calls and couldn't resist youtube and Tidal so I lost ONE of the ear buds just before 8 hours and charged it for 5 minutes and got another 55 minutes out of it. Close though. I bet if I had set the app how you mentioned then uninstalled the app and then had volume at about half then it would have made it a lot longer.

- Answer No, not really, it is great, but not loud, like most earbuds their bass is not great. As in the defention in the bass is great but not loud and not gonna leave a feeling.

- Answer Pffft, not even close! You will need ANC turned on and something playing fairly loud to silence the background noise completely. Honestly, I’ve heard there are several better options out there.

- Answer They do, the have like a full sound canceling mode, an active sound cancelling mode which speak to chat, and finally they have transparency mode and if something is too loud they will auto quite to protect your ears while in that mode.

Questiononce both earbuds and case has been fully charged, it is ok to keep it plugged in or will that damage the battery in earbuds and/or case ? i usually just plug the case in and leave there till i need the earbuds, so just want to make sure. thank you….

- Answer Battery tech has changed. I still make sure I charge up ALL the way and then drain all the way but the latest info is just use them. The controller for the batteries are fancy enough nothing even matters. Use and abuse compared to the old days.

- Answer The question was about overall initial availability - not availability at any particular store. They were supposed to be available nationwide already so my best guess is that there was a pretty high volume of pre orders that is leading to a reduction in brick and mortar inventory at release. Taking the time to criticize the question, as the first answer did - is mean spirited and off-putting. Be nicer.
