A:AnswerThe voice quality is somewhat improved vs the XM3, but in general I wouldn't recommend these for Teams & Skype calls. Yous till get somewhat hollow voice quality, but again improved vs. the XM3. Music and other forms of entertainment sound superb. For Teams calls though, you're better off with specialized headsets like the Jabra Evolve.
A:AnswerNo noise cancelling headphones can fully eliminate outside noise. They can certainly help mitigate loud or - especially - consistent and droning noises (like an airplane engine which is what the first NC headphones were designed to block out) but they're not designed (nor is it safe) to block out all sound. The best you could do is give them a try and see if they help. Cough up the extra dough for Best Buy protection and return them if you don't like them.
A:AnswerHi Sam,
Thank you for your question. The SS-00259 defines "Controlled Substances" that, in our judgment, have a significant impact on the global environment and may harm human health. It aims to ban or phase out the use of them in the process of design, manufacture, and distribution of products. Sony is committed to manufacturing environmental products in compliance with the SS-00259 and contributing towards the protection of the global environment and ecosystems. Hope this helps and thank you for considering Sony. - Marco

A:AnswerI use these on my gaming PC that I just built and they work amazing, just as good as my JBL quantum 800. I’ve used them for Warzone and I can barely tell a difference from my JBL
A:AnswerHi Flash411, thanks for your inquiry. Yes, these headphones can be connected to an A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) capable Smart TV via Bluetooth.
Note: Some TVs will support Bluetooth for headphones and some will not. This entirely depends on the specific model you use. If your Smart TV doesn’t support Bluetooth for headphones but has Headphone audio out (3.5mm/Aux) port then you can utilize the headphones wired or purchase a 3.5mm-to-Bluetooth adapter to make it functional. I hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerHi DoctorD,
Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, using the headphones while charging is not supported. When the headset is connected to an AC outlet or computer, all operations such as turning on the headset, registering or connecting to Bluetooth devices, and music playback cannot be performed.
