- Answer Hi Robert, Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, the operation is not guaranteed when used with 3CX computer. Only ordinary phone calls are supported. Applications for phone calls on smartphones or personal computers are not supported. Regards, Carl

QuestionCan this headset connect to Roku tv? Does it have a charging station? We have Sony headset now connected to our tv but need to replace it.

- Answer This headset runs through Bluetooth, so it wouldn't connect to Roku. Some models of Roku have a 3.5mm headphone jack in the controller, and this headset can connect to that, but you might be better off just getting some wired headphones in that case. These also don't have a charging station. SONY does offer the RF995RK headphones with a charging station, which is what you might have right now, so if you like what you had, you might just wanna get that!

QuestionIm having mic issues, the mic does work when making phone calls on my iPhone. Is anyone getting this as well? I tried the trouble shooting I found online through Sony, and it still didn't work. it says that my unit maybe malfunctioning.

- Answer Yes these headphones can connect to two devices at once however I'm not fully sure if that's even possible if your device or the app itself doesn't support that feature. These do connect to two different devices at once but its up to the device or app your using if they support a dual feature. There are apps that support this feature.

The WHCH710N headphones offer noise canceling via Dual Noise Sensor Technology, as well as Ambient Sound Mode, so you have control of what you hear. The WH-CH710Ns have a feature called Artificial Intelligence Noise Cancellation (AINC) which constantly analyzes the sounds in your environment and automatically selects the most effective noise canceling filter for your surroundings. The WH-CH710Ns use a powerful Li-ion battery which provides up to 35 hours of playback on a single charge, or 60 minutes of playback from a 10 minute charge using the Quick Charge feature. QuestionHow effective is the noise canceling if used while using a lawnmower or other loud yard equipment?

- Answer When I'm wearing mine my noise room and robot vacuum are almost unnoticed. Haven't used them while doing any kind of yard work. But if I were my lawn mower is electric with some noise, almost like what I experience while inside where the vacuum and other noises occur.

- Answer You can. The long button between the volume keys does many functions. Tap once to pause and play. Tap twice quickly to move forward. Tap thrice quickly to move back. Tap twice but hold second tap for fast forward. Tap thrice but hold third tap for faster fast forward.
