• Hmm. Well, if you're hooking them up with the 3.5mm headphone jack cable (provided), and if you had two whole systems, you could buy a male 3.5 jack that splits into 2 female 3.5 jacks, I'd probably work.

• Yes, you can use only one base station with multiple headphones! If you want to use two base stations (presumably so you can charge both at the same time), you will only need a 3.5mm headphone y-splitter.
