Q: QuestionI can not connect my Apple iPhone 11 to the Sony Wi -310 wireless head phones . Has anyone done it? Or are they not compatible?

• A:Answer I’m using mine with the 11 with no problem. When you go into Bluetooth settings on phone do you see them listed? Have you tried to connect them to another Bluetooth device say a TV? It is possible that you have a defective set if you cannot connect them to anything. Good luck

• A:Answer They are Bluetooth they will pair with your phone, you will just need to go into settings bluetooth and pair from there. No they are not for workouts these have zero sweat/water resistance. I went through mine in days, but if you do not sweat allot then maybe.

Q: Questioni have android phone (galaxy s9+) to which that headset connects normally, and my working lenovo laptop with win10 onboard. The headset connects to the laptop, but not playing sounds if it is also connected to my smartphone. Is there a way to fix that?

• A:Answer Go to setting, tap connections, tap bluetooth and tap advanced in top right corner and tap dual audio to have sound on to different bluetooth devices.
