QuestionI have had the Sony XB20 blue bluetooth speaker for a couple of months now, and I initially charged it before I used it. However, every time I charge the speaker, the orange light stays on and never leaves. Why is my speaker not fully charging?

- Answer The speaker may be fully charged. To check this, hold down the "phone" button for 3-4 seconds and it will advise you what % it is charged.

- Answer Sonos speakers are moisture protected, they will do just fine in the bathroom. Just don't get them wet....

- Answer Hi Jmbeard96, yes, provided that the speaker will not be completely submerged in water. The IPX5 water resistant rating only applies to sprays of water from a distance, limited to sweat, fresh and tap water only (soapy water is not included). - Answer Hi, Byron, The orange light indicator means the unit is still charging. The charging time may vary depending on the amount of power your computer can output through the USB port. Using a USB AC adaptor (not supplied) to charge this unit is an option. - Answer Yes: the 2.1 A is the maximum charge that the charger could output. if you plug it into a device that has a max charge rate of 1.5A, then it will only output the 1.5A.
