• A:Answer Should not be a problem at all. I would not put it in a bucket of water and freeze it.. that may be a problem, but storing in a shed or garage will not effect it at all. After all, you did buy a Sony product...

Q: QuestionWe are looking for speakers for our Samsung TV. It is not a smart TV but someone told us to purchase and audio adapter and then we can use the Sony XB-20 speakers for our tv viewing. Is this correct? How long of a charge will the speaker have?

• A:Answer for that you might as well leave it plugged in all the time because trying to stay on top of the charge would become a job. also you might want to look into the Logitech Bluetooth transmitter ($60) because you would have to get an mp3 pigtail adapter for both speakers. Plugging in One speaker will not sync to the other

• A:Answer try using the phone app first to sync up. If your pc does not have bluetooth then you wont be able to sync up. this is a bluetooth speaker not a wifi speaker

• A:Answer It says that it is waterproof...obviously, submerging it wouldn't be a good idea...but I used it by a swimming pool and hot tub..with several people splashing around..and I never had a problem. I think it would be fine for your boat.
