“I have had the Sony XB20 blue bluetooth speaker for a couple of months now, and I initially charged it before I used it. However, every time I charge the speaker, the orange light stays on and never leaves. Why is my speaker not fully charging?”

• The speaker may be fully charged. To check this, hold down the "phone" button for 3-4 seconds and it will advise you what % it is charged.

• It takes a long time to charge. I had mine on when I went to bed and by morning it had charged. If it don't you probably need to take it back.

• I found I had to attach my cord for the 20 to my 30 and charge both at the same time. The 20 takes much longer to charge.
