- Answer Sorry to say this, but the Xbox One does not have Bluetooth support. You will not be able to connect your headphones to them. =(

- Answer 30 to 45 day return warranty. And Sony warranties this product for up to one year. If there is any problems break or just not working you could call Sony they will send you new pair within that 1 year period from the date of purchase.

- Answer I believe Sony counts for AV completely. They may not be the niche like boss, but at the price range they defeat their competitors. I'm using the headphone and I feel good about the sound quality.

QuestionThe volume/skip button keeps coming off by itself since I first opened the box, once it gets lost the headphones will be useless. Any ideas to have this issue fixed?

- Answer This happened to me weeks after purchase, and I spent LOTS of time backtracking to find the “track” button. I Crazy Glued the tiny nipple back into it’s spot on the headset and it quit happening. Use a toothpick and make sure it’s oriented right. No need to go nuts, just enough glue to get the nipple in the center of the button; you’ll see what I’m talking about when the button hairline cracks and falls off. Lastly, make sure to contact Sony because this is probably the biggest complaint about this product.

- Answer Make sure the headphones Bluetooth is not connected with anything else. To check: Settings> Bluetooth If it’s listed> forget the device. This will allow to pair with another device.

QuestionHave had these for about 6 months. Use them almost everyday for working out and get sweat on them. Now l can't get them to turn on, and the light does not come on even when charging. Is there a fix, and if not is there there any way I can I get a new one?

- Answer Yes, this earphones will work with any device that has Bluetooth. I recommend that you set the volume on your device to about 75% before pairing, that way you can control the volume in the earphones higher and lower.

QuestionI bought these for the sole purpose of working out on my tread mill and watching Netflix on my IPAD. Are these EarBuds compatible with IPADS? I cant get it to link with my IPAD!!!!!!!!! >:(

- Answer They should work on your iPad they work on my iPhone. Just make sure you have your earbuds in pairing mode (hold the power button for like 10 sec to put into paring mode) and then go into your settings on the iPad turn on Bluetooth and connect. They should be good to go!
