QuestionSpeaker like this could get dusty overtime. Is there an easy way to remove its screen so I can dust it off?

- Answer Hi Leo, Do not place the system in an inclined position or in locations that are extremely hot, cold, dusty, dirty, or humid or lacking adequate ventilation, or subject to vibration, direct sunlight or a bright light since we do not recommend removing the screen. Regards, Erin

- Answer One is more than enough to blow the roof off your house!! My daughter uses hers in the basement for parties and it sounds perfectly loud And clear upstairs on the second floor with all the doors closed. It's a GREAT speaker!! Her Bluetooth connection is great from her phone so she always had her playlist and a light show too!!

- Answer I checked the power usage of this speaker by hooking up a "Watt Minder" and it said 10 watts. Let's assume you're going to play this speaker at very high volume, I would say the power usage would go to 20 watts, at most. Based on my calculation, you should get between 3 to 4 hours of play time.

QuestionMy speaker is lighting up, but the audio does not work. The power won't turn on. I have tried using different power cord but it does the same thing. Is something wrong with the speaker internally? Please help

- Answer Hi jlarivee24, Try to disconnect the AC power cord, then reconnect the AC power cord and turn on the system. You may also connect the system to a different wall outlet. - Answer Hi Bassman, You may perform a power cycle by disconnecting the AC power cord, then reconnect the AC power cord and turn on the system. You may also try playing different songs and see if there will be a difference.
