• Yes there is a restocking fee if it has been taken out the box and used. I'm elite so I would have 30 days to return. It's 14 days for non-elite members.

• You have a 14 day return policy on any mobile phone and no there is no restocking fee. I just ordered the Sony xperia Z5 and if I don't like that I will go in store and return mine and order the new one by paying the difference. And if you wanted to just return it, no restocking fee.Period.
