QuestionI purchased the phone from bestbuy 2 days ago, but the last fully charged date on Battery settings shows as 35 days ago, and the Wi-fi usage date starts from a month ago. Is anyone else seeing similar issues? Wondering if bestbuy sold me a refurbished one

- Answer My phone was new in the box and showed none of these things - all set to zero upon first use. Maybe your phone was used as a floor model?

QuestionDoes anyone notice distortion in the speaker while using as speakerphone, as well as for audio? The sound is extremely tinny and muffled, even at low volumes.

- Answer I notice no distortion using the speakerphone in my 2017 Jeep Cherokee (connected via Bluetooth to this phone) on the Simple Mobile network. Very clear by comparison to my iPhone SE.
