“I purchased the phone from bestbuy 2 days ago, but the last fully charged date on Battery settings shows as 35 days ago, and the Wi-fi usage date starts from a month ago. Is anyone else seeing similar issues? Wondering if bestbuy sold me a refurbished one”

My phone was new in the box and showed none of these things - all set to zero upon first use. Maybe your phone was used as a floor model?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.@tartallini - I had the same doubt. However, the box and package were unblemished, and looked new. Also, as far as I know, XZ1 is not available on any of the stores (till date), and can only be ordered online.
