I purchased a Sony Z3 compact before from Best buy . I had outside warranty , when my phone back cracked . I called sony for repair and they told me the phone has originating IMEI from ireland and they cannot support it in the USA. I got this phone from bestbuy because they are sony authorized re-seller.. Go Figure ...!!!
