- Answer All you have to do is connect them via Bluetooth. So make sure you turn on the headphones (Bluetooth is already on automatically), and then turn your Bluetooth on your phone. Most phones should have the headphones just pop up under 'connection options,' once you turn on Bluetooth. Obviously, you then hit the headphones, once the option(s) pop up, and you'll hear a voice from the headphones go 'bluetooth connected.'

- Answer Is your TV Bluetooth compatible? If not there are ways around this. You can either buy a bluetooth adapter to connect to the TV for your headphones to scan and pick up, OR, if you have a Roku device of any kind (within the TV itself, or a box), you can download the Roku app on your phone/tablet (connect via Bluetooth), and enable 'private listening,' which would then have the TV/box volume play through your headphones.

- Answer I don't know this for sure, but I think you could do this by putting an ear phone jack in each of the devices you are using.

QuestionIs there a AUX cable for the ZX770BT head phone to use when the battery is dead that I can use on my IPad and IPhone? It states that you can still listen even when battery is dead. Thanks for your help

- Answer Yes, there is. Put a charger on them just as you would when charging. Another option is to plug one end to your phone and listen while tethered to your phone. Just use the two ear phone "jacks" that came with the ear phones.

QuestionHow do I find out if my TV is Bluetooth capable ? There are no instructions showing how to hook up to a TV.

- Answer Tammy, If the headphones are on, and aren't picking up the TV, then your TV is NOT Bluetooth compatible... HOWEVER... There are ways around this... 1. Purchase a Bluetooth adapter for the TV (available at any electronics store or online) 2. If you have any Roku device (either already installed with TV, or just a Roku box, Roku has a feature where you can download their app on any phone/tablet, and enable 'private listening.' All you do is have your headphones connect to the phone/tablet, obviously make sure the Roku app is connected to the TV/Roku box, and the private listening feature will allow you to watch TV with audio playing through the headphones.

- Answer When you hold the button to turn on, don’t let go even after it says power on. Hold it until it says pairing. Then go to settings and Bluetooth on your iPhone and click on the device. Pair pin is 0000
