QuestionHello I just got a new tv! when I watch tv or a DVD/BLU-RAY the picture is fine and the sound through my sound bar is fine but if I switch over to streaming Netflix E.T.C. I get a picture but I don`t get any sound!

- Answer Not the problem, promised a gift card for half the price of sound bar and to have email answer in 48 hours, did not happen!! Best Buy should fulfill it's promises! Angry and frustrated!!!

QuestionCan you have 2 different home theater audio systems playing simultaneously off a TV and if so what do you need to set it up.

- Answer Hi Jeff. Thank you for your great question and sorry about the late response. You are able to have different audio systems playing from the same TV. It's quite tricky and we normally recommend sending an agent out for a free site survey so we can see what your expectation is. QuestionWe are looking at LG Oled 55 inch 4K TV Question s... Do you haul away old TV? Will you hook up sound bar...do we need one? Can you show us how to get Apple TV? We are not really tech savvy and need extra help. How will you charge us?

QuestionI have a Polk soundbar with Alexa that I purchased from Best Buy 8 months ago. I could not get it to work. Last night I decided to try to connect it to my Samsung TV purchased from Best Buy. I tried using the HDMI Arc from TV to Polk did not work Help

QuestionI purchased a Samsung 43" 7 Series TV. Am having difficulty keeping the sound in sync with the picture. Have tried adjusting the Digital Output Audio Delay under Expert Settings, but still not getting consistent syncing on all channels. Any suggestion?
