A:AnswerYes. It's pretty much made to work with that tv. I have both and they work great together, but you will need to buy an optical audio cable to get the best possible sound out of it.
A:AnswerI was able to get my cable remote to work with the soundbar so I only need one to control the tv and volume on the soundbar. check with your provider. other then that you will need all 3 remotes
