Yes you can change the tracks and answer calls with ear buds. No it’s not touch there is a single button on each ear bud.

Yes, there is one button on each ear bud(not touch).
Double press the button on the right skips a track while double pressing the button on the left one goes back a track, and I believe pressing left or right will answer calls(I’m right handed so I’ve only used the right).

Yes you can change tracks, pause, and answer the phone. It has buttons so you don’t have to worry about accidentally touching them and changing the track
